Bloody Mary

  1. Rim glass: rub with lemon wedge, dip in salt.
  2. Build in glass: add vodka (60 ml), tomato juice (120 ml), lemon juice (20 ml), Worcestershire (3), Tabasco (3) and horseradish cream (1 tbsp). Add ice, stir gently and garnish with celery.
